Mrs Claire Cook
SENCO/INCO

Mrs Cook is responsible for the day-to-day management of the SEND provision across the school. She works with children to support their learning and also with teachers to ensure that the best provision is in place to meet their identified needs. Mrs Cook liaises with outside agencies to get the best advice and support to meet the needs of  pupils with SEND and also works closely with parents to ensure that they are part of the planning and review process. 
Mrs Helen Wilson
Pupil and Parent Support Assistant

Mrs Wilson works alongside our pupils and parents to support them with any specific needs or difficulties. She is a trained Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) and runs nurture programmes in relation to this. Mrs Wilson also works with children who find it difficult to manage their behaviour and emotions, and works alongside the teachers to put effective strategies into place.
Mrs Wendy Mansell
Pupil and Parent Support Assistant

Mrs Mansell used to be an Education Welfare Officer and uses her expertise to work with families, to ensure their attendance and punctuality are at their best. She also supports families with any specific needs or difficulties and supports Mr Light with safeguarding our pupils.
Mrs Susan Taylor
Occupational Therapy Teaching Assistant

Mrs Taylor is an experienced Teaching Assistant and she supports some children who have occupational therapy needs within the school. Mrs Taylor also runs fine and gross motor skill groups, including Jump Ahead sessions each morning before school for pupils who have been identified as needing extra support.
Mrs Hannah Sullivan
Pupil and Parent Support Assistant

Mrs Sullivan works alongside our pupils and parents to support them with any specific needs or difficulties. She also works with children who find it difficult to manage their behaviour and emotions, and works alongside the teachers to put effective strategies into place. Mrs Sullivan also runs social skills groups for those pupils who need it.
